Ever get the impression when working with tech companies that some salespeople don’t actually have a clue of what they’re talking about?  Well, not surprisingly, that’s because a lot of companies use sales staff that know fairly little about the technology their employers deal with.


At Beyond Hosting, we always like to “break the mould,” and knowledge of salespeople is no exception.  Every single and last member of our staff has great competency in the subject matter of our business, which is helping people and their businesses get access to the hosting services they need, and therefore you can count on our sales staff to be honest, knowledgable, and to never mislead you or feign competency in making your purchase decisions.

For reasons of trying to avoid abuse, we do not openly provide telephone contact information, at least until a first contact is made with a customer by other means.  If you would prefer to talk with us over the phone, please contact us here first, so that one of our representatives can call you back (or provide you with their number to call -- all representatives provide their phone numbers at the bottom of electronic responses).


HOW TO GET IN TOUCH


Contacting us by way of our web site is a short two-step process.  First, fill out the following web form, then click the “Submit” button.  Once you’ve done that, we will send you to a very simple web form ask you a text-based question (we do like to be accessible), to ensure you’re a human.  Once you’ve done that, your message will be on its way to us, and we’ll be back with you in short order (usually within an hour during our “first contact” sales team’s work hours of 9AM to 4PM US/Eastern time).
